Description: Formation and differentiation of Earth and Planetary systems. Structural seismology and the composition of the Earth and our solar system’s planetary interiors. Earth's gravity, geoid, density, and moment of inertia. Heat flow and Earth energetics. Earth's core and magnetic field. Mantle convection and plate tectonics. Oceanic and continental lithosphere.
