Description: Seminar on the politics global supply chains (GSCs). Will study their imperial origins and legacies; their effects on the distribution of wealth and the trajectory of democratic rule. Will explore the weaponization of GSCs by governments and activists (e.g. hackers, insurgents, saboteurs).
