Description: Great ideas don't go very far without people. Most ventures don't fail because the product was wrong, they fail because the founders couldn't pitch it, build a team around it, or hold the hard conversations it took to keep the team together. The Human Edge is a highly experiential course about the people skills entrepreneurship requires: understanding people, building trust, influencing without authority, leading teams, and navigating the specific human situations founders face.
