Description: How do artists think and work with sound? This studio course explores sound as material and medium in the context of film/video, radio, new media, installation, sculpture and performance. Students gain a hands-on understanding of sonic concepts relevant to the fields listed above, and learn the basic tools and techniques of audio production and playback.
