Description: This gateway course explores how global problems connect individuals and movements at all scales of social life, from the hyper-local to the planetary. We practice the normative case method to expose often-violent struggles over ideas, money, and voice. In lieu of a policy “solutions” bias, we foster a practitioner’s humility.
