Description: Studies of the mechanisms of genetic processes, focusing on analysis of the research literature. Includes student presentations (both oral and written) of research data and analyses, including extensive collaboration among students. Subjects covered include: Gene Regulation; Genomics; Genetic Engineering; Genome Editing; Genetic Disease; Gene Therapy; Gene Drives; Bacterial defense systems against phage; and Classical papers.
