Description: This course covers signal processing and machine learning approaches for modern neuroscience data. Topics include latent variable models, point processes, dimensionality reduction, dynamical systems, and spectral analysis. Neuroscience applications include modeling neural firing rates, spike sorting, encoding, decoding, and electrical stimulation.
