Description: This course will investigate whether there is a relationship between morphological markers of temporality and their cognitive representations with a focus on the Spanish grammar. This course provides an opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of an advanced topic in Spanish (tense and aspect and related morphosyntactic structures) while also learning about the cognitive aspects of language learning and language use. Recommended Prerequisite(s): 300-level SPAN course.
