Description: Music students will gain awareness of how the Alexander Technique can offer a powerful means to enhance their preparation for high stakes performances. In gaining an awareness of habitual patterns of movement that may interfere with optimal performance, they will discover constructive ways of working toward their goals. Repeatable for Credit.
