Description: WOMEN'S STORIES & LEGAL CHANGE ***** This course will consider how narrtives move us toward individual responsibility and social action. We will examine this question with reference to feminist legal theory as well as some philosophical works on the powers of story-telling. Narratives we will read include published literary fiction by woman authors but also selected legal cases.
