Description: Operations research in healthcare systems and medical decision-making. Application areas will include hospital resource management, patient scheduling, treatment planning and organ transplantation. Modeling techniques will include mathematical programming, stochastic processes, Markov decision processes and simulation. Cross-list: INDE 513.
