Description: In this course, we will study the factors to consider when setting and changing prices and designing pricing structures. Using case studies and exercises, we will apply core principles to develop effective pricing strategies across various business settings. We will examine the basis for pricing decisions, including economic and market factors, business strategy, and customer psychology. In this course, you will learn to understand the relationship between pricing strategy and business strategy and use pricing strategy to execute the organization’s business strategy.
