Description: This course provides foundational training in the essential skills needed for scientists to communicate with the public in ways that are accurate, compelling, and accessible. Students will learn and practice written, oral, and visual communication of science using a variety of modalities including public speaking, video content creation, social media, podcasting, interviews with the the media, and both long- and short-form writing.
