Description: This course examines the social-scientific foundations of human flourishing in adult life and contemporary work settings. Drawing on research from psychology, organizational behavior, economics, and moral philosophy, students evaluate definitions and measures of wellbeing, analyze individual and organizational determinants of flourishing, and assess evidence-based interventions designed to enhance human flourishing.
