Description: Work has drastically changed in the past few decades. In this course, we will examine how changes to the U.S. economy through major technological changes—such as the rise of the gig economy and artificial intelligence—reshape employment patterns and outcomes for workers across industries and occupations. We will examine what these changes mean from everything to earnings, job searches, career development, and family formation.
