Description: Can reason show that there is a God? Does the existence of radical suffering give us good reasons to affirm atheism? Can religious commitment be rational? What is the relationship between God and morality? This class will focus on discussing and evaluating various sides of such questions--theism, atheism, etc.--fair-mindedly.
