Description: In this course, we will look at graphic novels, memoirs, and comic books by writers and artists of the Asian diaspora. We will explore the ways in which Asian diasporic populations are historically marginalized and underrepresented, and how Asian diasporic graphic narratives work to counter misrepresentations, stereotypes, and prejudices.
