Description: This course introduces students to the basic techniques, materials and processes of drawing. Students will explore line, tone, space, form, composition, and content through a variety of drawing assignments in dry and wet media. Students learn how to draw from direct observation. No previous drawing experience is required. Cross-list: ARTS 225.
