Description: This course provides an in-depth exploration of nucleic acids, covering their chemical properties, biological functions, and applications in research and medicine. Topics include DNA/RNA structure, mechanisms of replication and transcription, gene regulation, nucleic acid modifications, and cutting-edge techniques in nucleic acid research such as CRISPR, mRNA engineering, and super-resolution imaging.
