Description: There are four Executive Forums in the EMBA program, targeting development of an executive mindset, which open and close each academic year. This second forum focuses critical thinking, strategy planning, decision making and implementation by integrating core functional skills. Executives can create superior value for customers, employees and shareholders by taking a science-driven approach to strategy, decision making, and critical reasoning while eschewing legacy planning approaches rooted in salient beliefs, intuitive leaps, and mythical numbers. They challenge themselves to learn from peer-reviewed research, use quantitative reasoning, engage in self-analysis, and apply rigorous logic.
