Description: This course is designed to equip junior graduate students with the practical skills for
nanomaterials growth and fabrication and fundamental knowledge of semiconductor devices
as materials scientists. The topics include: thin film deposition, lithography, etching, properties
of semiconductors, field effect transistor, metal-semiconductor contact and more
