Description: This course is designed to support Engineering Design and Writing Mentors as they instruct their individual teams in ENGI 120/FWIS 188/ENGI 220. Topics include pedagogy of engineering education, applying the engineering design process, writing in the discipline, engineering concepts, issues of problem-based learning (PBL), theories of learning, and fundamental teaching skills. Required for ENGI 120/FWIS 188/ENGI 220 DMs and WMs. Repeatable for Credit. Instructor Permission Required. Repeatable for Credit.
