Description: This course provides an introduction to human electrophysiology, and how electrophysiology methods can inform the study of human cognition. The lecture component of the course will cover important theories underlying electrophysiology methods (EEG, ERPs, oscillations) and a practical overview of designing, executing, and interpreting EEG experiments. The lab component of the course will give students hands-on experience collecting and analyzing human EEG data. Recommended Prerequisite(s): PSYC 340 (RESEARCH METHODS) or equivalent, PSYC 362 (COGNITIVE NEUROSCIENCE) or equivalent
