Description: This course examines the defining moment of modern Mexico: the revolution of 1910-1920/40. Through a study of major literary works, songs, films, photographs, and paintings, the class explores the complex political and cultural legacy of the Mexican Revolution to this date. Taught in Spanish. Previously offered as SPPO 376. Mutually exclusive. Credit cannot be earned for SPAN 376 if student has previously taken SPPO 376. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for SPAN 376 if student has credit for SPPO 387.
