Description: This course will offer students a close-up look at an area of contemporary biological and biomedical research in a small-group seminar setting. Each seminar will focus on a different area of research through reading and discussion of recent research articles in that focus area. The faculty discussion leader for each seminar will be drawn from Baylor College of Medicine, UT Health Science Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Rice and others. Prereqs may be taken concurrently.
