Description: An introduction to the design thinking process. Design thinking is a problem-solving framework that begins with gathering insights from the field followed by rapid, iterative experimentation. This course helps managers and leaders become familiar with the design thinking process so that they can best position new projects and initiatives for success by taking a human-centered approach. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for MGMT 764 if student has credit for MGMT 625.
