Description: This seminar course addresses fundamental issues in the origin and evolution of the Moon, spanning the disciplines of geology, geophysics, geochemistry and petrology. Sources range from classic studies to recent results from orbiting spacecraft and laboratory analysis. Readings will be supplemented by guest presentations from active researchers in the field.
