Description: This class is designed for non-majors interested in a broader understanding of Computer Science and focuses on intermediate-level programming in Python as well as the basics of discrete math. The class concludes with an introduction to the process of Algorithmic Thinking. Note that COMP 180 cannot be substituted for COMP 182 as a pre-requisite for upper level CS classes.
