Vector spaces, dimension, linear maps, inner products and norms, derivatives in R^d, inverse function theorem, implicit function theorem, multiple integration, change of variable theorem. Instructor Permission Required. Recommended Prerequisite(s): CAAM 501 Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for CAAM 501 if student has credit for CAAM 401.
