Description: Topics may vary. Please consult with the department for additional information. FALL 2015: Fluids are used for increasing productivity of oil and gas wells. These fluids have a wide range of properties that can change with time, temperature, flow conditions and geometry. This course will focus on their material science aspects. It will shed light on the advancements brought to the oil and gas industry by use of nano particles. This will be a 2-credit hour course. Repeatable for Credit.
