Description: Introduces the psychological and sociological processes underlying human behavior in organizational settings (e.g., companies, schools, sports clubs). Topics include motivation, decision making, principles of fairness and justice, cross-cultural differences, working in teams, and tactics of influence. Space is limited. Registration does not guarantee a space in class. The Jones School will conduct a lottery for over- enrolled classes to create the course roster for the semester. The Jones School will communicate the results within a week after the close of the registration period. Repeatable for Credit.
