Description: This course will introduce students to fundamentals of baking with an emphasis on healthy alternatives as well. Classes will be 2 hours every other week, and include lecture and baking time. Students will compile the recipes and lessons learned into a cookbook. There will be a $25 lab fee paid on the first day of class.
