Description: Students who take on leadership roles often must learn primarily through trial and error. This course, however, will teach students to leverage personal strengths, communicate effectively, and manage peer conflicts. Through assigned readings and practicum assignments, and with the inspiration of outside speakers, students will develop their own leadership style. This class is designed for students that matriculated in Fall 2013 and Fall 2012.
