Description: Students will discuss the many factors that influence personal well-being, giving particular attention to individual needs and behavior change goals. Major areas to be covered include: time management, coping strategies, healthy relationships, body image, food choices, self-esteem, physical activity, spirituality, environmental awareness, alternative medicine and self-care. Prerequisite: Successful completion of LPAP graduation requirement. Department Permission Required.Equivalency: LPAP 197.
