Description: This course is designed to help students cultivate mindfulness by intentionally bringing awareness to the present, and noticing and letting go of judgment, critical thoughts and preconceived ideas. The course consists of instruction in and practice of mindfulness meditations as well as discussion of integrating mindfulness into everyday life. Department Permission Required. Repeatable for Credit.
