Description: Students learn the principles behind fluorescence, circular dichroism, analytical ultracentrifugation, spectroscopy and rapid kinetics by carrying out experiments with genetically engineered proteins and state-of-the-art equipment. Data will be interpreted and manipulated using curve-fitting and graphics software. Recommended prerequisite(s): BIOS 352, BIOS 481.
