Description: Seminar on selected topics in ancient history. Topic for Spring 2006: Greco-Roman histiography, which examines the ways in which the Greeks and the Romans wrote histroy. Focus will be placed on a variety of ancient authors both famous and obscure. Cross-list: MDST 460.
