Description: Students will gain an historic perspective of Frederick Matthias (F.M.) Alexander and his work and learn the principles of the Alexander Technique, including awareness, inhibition, direction, primary control and non-doing (or undoing) in other words, to learn how to do nothing well. Counts toward graduation requirement. Equivalency: LPAP 251.
