Description: GENETICS: BIOLOGICAL, CULTURE-HISTORICAL, AND ETHICAL PERSPECTIVES The course uses an interdisciplinary perspective. The course will cover biological basics of genes, DNA, and sequencing techniques; cultural and historical aspects to genetics, including essentialism and eugenics and policy issues.
