Description: BUSINESS RECOVERY ***** NOT OFFERED 2003-2004 ***** The Business Recovery course is designed to provide students with an introduction to, and an appreciation of, management skills required to lead a company through a recovery or restructuring. The course will also address recovery and restructuring from creditor and equity investor points of view. The course will examine the "business unusual" application and integration of strategy, communications, operations management, finance, valuation, capital markets, marketing, business law and bankruptcy law in crisis management, and operational restructuring and financial restructuring environments. The course will be offered in a highly interactive environment, employing case study, simulation, and analysis of current restructuring market activity, supplemented with required reading and lecture. ***** Instructor:
