Description: CORPORATE CRISIS MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION ***** Studies current methods of crisis communications with practical application utilizing numerous recent real-world case studies. Class will research and prepare strategies, make recommendations, then dissect and analyze each crisis situation, the processes, policies and results. This process will enhance strategic thinking, allow the consideration of pros and cons of alternative courses of action and provide a better understanding of the management decision making process. Class time will be interactive with individual and small group participation.
