Description: HOUSING AND URBAN PROGRAMS: ISSUES IN POLICY ***** This course will explore current issues in the formulation and implementation of housing and urban development programs in the U.S. Class members will each select a specific topic within a general policy area and make oral presentation to the class as well as submit a written paper on the topic at the end of the semester.
