Description: ADVANCED SEMINAR IN STRATEGY MAKING FOR MANAGERS ***** This course builds upon the coverage of strategic management in core courses to provide participants with advanced skills for developing creative organizational strategies. It anticipates future strategy-making contexts facing organizations and examines a variety of useful ways to develop effective "emergent", "adaptive", "growing", and/or "analytic" strategies under these conditions.
