Description: OLFACTORY PERCEPTION ***** This seminar course provides overview of theories of olfaction, methods to assess olfactory performance, and the structure and function of the olfactory system. Specific topics include olfactory memory, sensory integration, the effect of emotion and cognition on olfactory perception, and olfaction as a channel of communication. *****
