Description: INDEPENDENT RESEARCH/INTERNSHIP PROGRAM ***** This independent researcg course offers multi-disciplinary training in the area of celluar engineering within the Departments of Bioengineering and Biochemistry & Cell Biology. Areas of research will include engineering of hard and soft tissue formation, cardiovascular tissue engineering, engineering cell surface interactions regulating movement and metabolic engineering. Students will conduct independent research under the supervision of a faculty mentor.
