Description: BUILDING WORKSHOP: THEATER RENOVATION ***** In conjunction with the Rice Building Design Workshop, students enrolled in this class will design a community arts facility at the site of the Old Delux Theater. Programmatic elements will include a gallery, a renovated theater and space for local artists. We will design and produce construction documents along with overseeing the bidding process. Construction is expected to begin this fall.
