Description: WRITING AND VISUAL DESIGN IN THE BIOSCIENCES Course works with a single biosciences topic of current interest to develop skills in designing visuals (posters, report figures, PowerPoint), structuring arguments, writing about visual evidence (for example: Northern blots, graphs, photographs), and editing for style. Helps prepare students for moving from BIOS 211 to BIOS 311. No oral presentations. Offered second half of the semester.
