Description: ADVANCED SPANISH FOR BI-CULTURAL STUDENTS ***** DISTRIBUTION COURSE GROUP 1 ***** Spanish 303 aims to bring students to advanced proficiency in Spanish, enabling them to interact confidently in a wide variety of contexts, while providing them with cultural insights about the Hispanic world. It is designed for students who come with bi-cultural exposure and at least intermediate proficiency in Spanish, and who want to refine their written and oral command of the language. Informal and formal discussion in class, presentations, and readings from the Spanish-speaking world, including the United States, will constitute the core of the class.
