Description: RCEL 536 introduces graduate (non-law) students to the fundamentals of intellectual property. Through class discussion, assignments, and guest speakers, the course provides a foundation for recognizing, evaluating, and leveraging IP opportunities and limitations in both research and industry, and thus equips students for the many encounters with IP that are likely to occur in their careers.
