Description: We present the theoretical foundations of cellular and systems neuroscience from distinctly quantitative point of view. We develop the mathematical and computational tools as they are needed to model, analyze, visualize and interpret a broad range of experimental data. Additional course work required beyond the undergraduate course requirements. Cross-list: ELEC 488, ELEC 588, CAAM 415, NEUR 415, CAAM 615. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for NEUR 615 if student has credit for NEUR 415.
